I started my period this morning, and it's already affecting my diet... I started keeping track of my caloires, and then threw up a good portion of my breakfast, so I'm not really going to care too much today. Hopefully this all will stop being a problem, since I can start on my birth control next Sunday, and it'll fix all of my terrible periods. *crosses fingers*

Yesterday was pretty bad, as my period made me want to do nothing but eat, and I was just eating Goldsfish crackers (or, the Colin Firth of crackers, as Miko put it) out of the box. Not to mention I'm not entirely sure if my calorie intake is correct, since I wound up throwing up half my breakfast. I was going to walk out to the pharmacy to drop off my prescription and to Publix to get some honey, but I was too worried that I'd get really sick on the walk there. If all goes well, I'll go out for a walk there (about 2 miles there and back) on Wednesday night.
